Excel isn´t working correctly

Hello everyone

I have an issue with my installed Office programs. The screenshot is from excel, but it exists in the other programs, too. I did a fresh installation today... Anyone knows this problem?

have no idea what's that. Is it only for Office apps, or for other apps as well?

I now realized that this is only with Word an Excel.

Strange. I'd try first to check in safe mode, if the same to clean reinstall the Office with Option 2 as here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/uninstall-office-from-a-pc-9dd49b83-264a-477a-8fcc-2fdf5d...

unfortunately this didn´t work. Also the safemode didn´t have an effect on this.

The funny thing is, Excel is working fine, but the missing thing is the writing.
