Excel is not aligning columns correctly, skips a row for no reason?

Issue:

Excel sheet exported from Oracle form. Columns has to be aligned before viewing it. Doing so, it almost aligns data in order. But for some rows in between misalignment is found which results in bad total calculation.

Example:

  • Assume there are 100 rows and 5 columns
  • It aligns data for say 75 rows and for the 76th row aligns first two columns and the value of third column is completely moved to the next line and so the remaining two column of it.
  • But again it perfectly aligns the 77th row and make some error lines in between as I described.
  • This happens only for large data excel sheet.

Is this a common error? How to fix this?

Afraid that issue is related to Oracle, more exactly to exporting to Excel procedure.
