I am trying to setup a budget template that has external links to a change order log. I am trying to have these files where we can copy them to new jobs as we get them. So far every time I try to move the files it breaks the links and I have to set them back up every time. I am trying to make this as simple as possible for our team to copy the files to new folder and rename them so we can start using them right away.
The methods I have used to move them so far are:
Copy the folder to a new site
"Save as" the files to the new site
