Excel Hyperlinks External Users

Invoices saved on our company hard drive are linked via a hyperlink in an excel document that I use. The hyperlinks in this document won't open when I email it to users who are not connected to our network.

Previously, there was no issue, but all of a sudden, these links stop working. What can I do to prevent my links from malfunctioning for users outside my network?
