Excel help

I have an Excel sheet each tab is a month, last tab is overview. on Each tab is 3 names, each name has 3 tiers A, B, C and 2 types within those tiers Formal or Touch. ColumnB is person,  ColumnC is Tier, ColumnG is Formal or Touch. I need to be able to write a formula for the overview page that can pull that month, each person, how may of each tier, and each type so they see their breakdown. Overview has Jan-Dec in column C-N. Person 1 Tier A Jan total go in C2, Tier B C3, Tier C4, Formal C6, Touch, C7. the Second person Jan total start in C9 and the 3rd in C16. Can you help??

I did send picture because the files and links I try to attach are not acceptable. This site is not user friendly.

Your data are very inconsistent:

Peron1, Person1, Person 1

"A", "A "

"Formal ", "Formal"

etc. I tried to correct that the best I could, and added formulas.
