Good day, how do I lock an image in a cell so that it does not move when I insert a new row?  Thank you

@LydiaMars When you say that the picture should NOT move when you insert a new row, you need to format the picture "Don't move or size with cells". This will "fix" the picture's position in the sheet.

Thank you Riny I have tried that but it still moves.  I do not know if there is maybe some other formatting on my sheet that is causing this problem.
