I want to find cells with: TH1-1 through TH1-16 and replace with TH1-1-A through TH1-16-A.  Basically keeping all characters before the -A

Select the column that contains what you want to find and replace using CTRL+SHIFT +Down Arrow key

Hit CTRL + H on your keyboard
In the Find what: TH1-1
In the Replace with: TH1-1-A

Click Replace All

That's all..

In addition, in Options select Match entire cell contents, if that's your case. Otherwise values as TH1-12 will be replaced on TH1-1-A2, etc.

Is this a case of adding "-A" at the end of each item?

If so, you can use TEXTJOIN or CONCAT unless there are other items in the column different from TH1-1 to TH1-16.
