Excel Help: populating fields between worksheets

Hello! I need to know how a cell on one worksheet (a total from a list of numbers) can be linked to auto-populate a cell on another worksheet. Please help. Thanks

The easiest and less reliable way - start typing = in cell on first sheet, click on cell in second sheet, enter.
