Is there a way to count cell colors without having numbers in them without using ASAP Utilities. The attached spreadsheet is used for scheduling machines. My employees work many different hours and found this to be a good way to get the hours i need on each machine. On the Monday through Saturday tabs, columns AI-AL look for colors and returns the count of cell with those colors. I have ASAP Utilities doing it now but want others to be able to manage which means I have to buy more liscenses for only this use
