Excel Headers & Footer

The header/footer text is aligned at the TOP of the cell. How do I change the alignment so it's in the CENTER or BOTTOM of the cell? HELP????? :-{)

Hi, The Simplest way to align the header to the bottom is that you have to take your cursor before the first letter of your Header and press ENTER. It will shift the HEADER to the bottom of the cell.
