I have attached the workbook I am needing help with.

So, I have a graph that I need 2022 and 2021 data. However, I want the 2021 lines to add like you would 2022. What I mean by that is, for 2022 I have Jan and Feb data but all of 2021 data but I only want it to show data for Jan & Feb 2021 not the entire year.

@catherine9910 Perhaps like in the attached file?

Just add another data series for 2021 that copies the values if the value for 2022 is not empty.

 

By the way, I removed the formula in A1 on both sheets as they cause circular reference errors.
