I have multiple users on multiple computers who have a problem with excel going to "not responding" and simply locking up. The only solution is to terminate it via task manager and start again. At which point recovery document come up, some with all data but some with data loss. It doesn't seem to matter if the file they are using is local to the C drive, on a network drive or in the cloud. File size also doesn't seem to matter either. When it occurs memory and CPU usage is fairly low so that doesn't seem to be the problem. This is Excel 2016 with an O365 license. We have Windows 10 Pro operating system. Is anyone else having this problem? Thoughts, suggestions?
