You want to restore your Excel, we need detailed information.
Without detailed information, no concrete proposal for a solution is possible. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/excel/welcome-to-your-excel-discussion-space/m-p/2204395
Please provide precise/more information, such as which version of Excel, which operating system.
Happened while you were working with Excel? ... with which worksheets? ... xls, xlsx, etc.?
What happened when opening the Excel?
Happened in OneDrive or Hard Disk?... as you can see, many questions who want an answer.
First of all, you could do a repair.
Thank you for your understanding and patience

I was using 2019 professional plus version in windows 10. Whenever I open an xlsx file after saving (which contains many data, charts and diagrams) it crashes. It happened both in onedrive and hard disk. I did a repair both offline and online and also reinstalled it, but the issue was not solved. Then I uninstalled that version and installed 2016 professional plus version and now it is working fine. If the problem arises again, I will post it here.
Thank you for your assistance.

Does the problem only happen with this file?
... even after the new installation?
Does the problem only happen in files with this extension?
If it's just this file, then follow these steps.
Check whether the file contains a virus.
Check whether the file is defective.
Change file extension from .xlsx to .xlsm or .xls or .xml
It would be best to send this file (if it is possible without sensitive data) to see exactly where the problem may be.
I would be happy to know if the problem persists or has been resolved by it.
Thanks for your patience and time.

Even after changing the version of my Microsoft office, the problem raised again. My excel sheets got crushed again.

I am attaching a few screenshots of the error message so that you can have some idea of what is going on.

As far as I can see, your file searches for content from other files without success. At the same time, Excel says that it cannot open this file because the file is defective or Excel itself may be defective.
The last thing I can do here is guess, although I am not that good at it.
Maybe the file extension has been renamed and excel cannot open it. Example it was an .xls file and was saved as xlsx. Should not actually bring any problems of the kind to the fore, but if diagrams and tables are in play, it is a possibility.
the second thing I would advise is to do a repair.
This is where my knowledge ends, I hope you get on with it
Thank you for your patience and time
