Hi, I need help finding what Excel recognizes as geographic topography around the world. Is it regions? country? State? I cannot find a chart of what it will recognize.

If Map Charts - that's high-level objects, see Limitations here Create a Map chart in Excel - Office Support (microsoft.com)

If Geography data types - practically the same.

Another story some couldn't be recognized even if they are on the same level as recognizable one. But there is no rule here.
