Excel freezes

My Excel freezes up for no reason and it seems it is becoming more often. I am using a desktop unit with a Windows OS

Is your OS Windows or Mac?
in the Labels: you click Excel on MAC and write Windows OS,

a bit unsure what kind of operating system it is.

First update your PC

Update Windows 10

if the problem persists ...
