A colleague of mine, has made a SSRS (reporting services) report in excel. In one of the sheets there are typically 2000-2500 rows. When we start scrolling on this sheet, excel freeze and we have to close excel. We have found a workaround which is clicking on the worksheet before scrolling - this will fix the problem, at least for the test that we have made.
Anyways, the report will be send to many users and it can be difficult to explain everyone the workaround.
Is there anyone who know the cause of the problem and have a solution to it?
We have already tried to open the report in excel safe, converted it to a previously version of excel and changed the layout of the report but nothing helps.
