Excel formula

Hello,

Only the expression false works for me in this formula. I used naming for the table. I entered a formula for one cell, the rest were automatically extended. Question: What needs to be done to make the expression true work?

AND() combines result for entire row. Use something like

=Цена*Количество*IF( (Выручка < 30000)*(Стаж < 5), 0.05, 0.075)
