Excel formula unable to distinguish "ties"

Hello all! I use a spreadsheet to track game standings and I finally was able to get the formula to show the top 4 rankings to work. At least in part. For some reason whenever there is a tie in points, instead of listing all of the names that are tied, the formula just grabs the first name. I'm attaching the spreadsheet and have set up an example. There is a tie for 3rd place and the name Adam is filled in for all values.

 

I would appreciate any help from the community. :)

One option is to add a small random distortion to the total scores - see the attached version.

I formatted the total scores as Number with 0 decimals, so the undistorted scores are displayed, but take a look at the formula bar to see how it works.

That did it! Thanks boss! Such a simple but elegant solution. :)
