Excel Formula issue

I have a drop down menu in cell D6 with 2 options in it. In cell B31 i am trying to get a formula that will copy Cell B23 only if 1 of the 2 drop down option is picked.

Can anyone help me please?

Iigar in your sheet you did for me B31 shows B23 whether Baku or Ganja is picked,
I need B31 to show B23 only if Ganja is Picked.
Could you please redo the formula to accommodate this
