Excel formula is working on some system and same excel formula is not working on another system

Hello Team,

I am creating some utilization reports and adding some formulas but that formula only works on some systems and in some systems, I can see the hash symbols

I am using the below version

Microsoft® Excel® 2016 MSO (Version 2110 Build 16.0.14527.20234) 32-bit

Can anyone please help me with this

What is the formula that causes problems?

It would help if you could attach a sample workbook without sensitive information.

On its not work widen the column

I am using below formula

=AVERAGEIFS('Utilization-Delivery'!$Z$1:Z2000,'Utilization-Delivery'!$B$1:B2000,'Summary Report'!A4,'Utilization-Delivery'!$M$1:M2000,'Summary Report'!$K$3)/100

AVERAGEIFS should work in Excel 2007 and later.

Could you attach a sample workbook?
