Excel Formula Help

Hey Everyone,  need help with another formula.  not sure why i cant figure this out but any help is appreciated.  what im trying to do is gather an average percentage but some cells there isnt any data inputted and showing a 0%, but average function is calculating the 0's.  in the top right corner of the spreadsheet i want the formula put in cell W5 under "Yearly LFM Avg." and calculate the data while ignoring the 0's.  the data is coming from Row 9A-9AA next to "Chamise Avg."  the spreadsheet is attached below.  thanks for any and all help

Check the attached Sheet, I've suggested two different formula are in RED,, solves the issue.
