Excel for resources planning, problem with year switch

Hello,

I have resources planning table (added excel) but have problem with formula with works starting 2017 and ending 2018.

Data in columns B to I is from planning program and columns K to V is made by excel formulas. 

Resources should be summed to Y9-AN9. Formula works with rows what are starting and ending in the same year but breaks with rows where start and end is in different year.

How can i fix it?

Have you fix it?  One of the criteria in sumifs get false, the value will not be added, and the last criteria of your formula make it wrong.
