I dont know why my excel file suddenly Flashing and Blinking all the time . I have tried uninstall and install again. Pls advise any step i can doing as stop this issues.
Does this happen on one particular file? If so, click (on the Home tab) the Looking glass icon (Find & Select) and choose Selection Pane. Does it show many objects in that pane? If so, that may be causing the flashing
