Hi Guys I am trying to filter Column B to E without changing Column A info how do I do that . Column A is numbers 1 to 10 in the rows and then Column B to E has info name, job, tel no etc. When I filter Column A must stay 1 to 10 and not adjust to the filters number. I know this might be a dumb question but could seriously need some help

Hi,

If you generate you index in column A by formula which ignores hidden cells. For example, for data like this

put in A3

=AGGREGATE(4,5,$A$2:$A2)+1

and drag it down
