Excel File Lock

Hi 

How can I lock an excel file to be used by one user like Gantt Chart?

You can try to make password for this excel :
-Select File > Info.
-Select the Protect Workbook box and choose Encrypt with Password.
-Enter a password in the Password box, and then select OK.
-Confirm the password in the Reenter Password box, and then select OK.

I need a way that the person that gets the file can't share it.
