Excel - Extracting data from the archive using a criteria entry page.

Hello guys. I'm a new member and I have a problem with macros and filters.
I try to summarize my problem.
I have an archive in which I have inserted columns of activities, and places, with "X" when the person (name and surname) can do or not do things.
I could use the filters in the archive but I have to, every time, select and deselect the manual filters.
I created a mask where I can enter the 4 selection criteria and I would like, with a button, excel to return an extract from the main archive.
I need this extraction, in a different area, I need to see only a few columns and not all.
I have attached an example that perhaps makes more the idea of what I mean.
