Excel error solving

1. What value is the best to set in Maximum Iterations box and Maximum Change box while use Enable iterative calculation in excel ?

2.  What are effect while maximum change value set to zero and maximum iterations value set to one of enable iterative calculation in excel is zero?

3. Why excel show the different amount while summing the divided cell range which are not different amount before dividing?
