Excel, different visualization in calculations

Hello all, I have a problem, I received an excel file with some sums and that stuff, but I see a different amounts making a comparison between the person who sent me the file, could you help me to know what I need to do?, or what could be a possible solution.

I'm afraid your description is far too vague for anybody to know what's going on. Is it possible for you to post a copy of the spreadsheet, without any private or confidential information?
