Excel Date issue

When I insert data from a delimited note pad file, the date in the data is as "20-May-30" but after pasting the excel shows date in formula bar as "20-May-1930" and when i just type date as m/d/yy "5/20/30" formula bar shows 5/20/2030, i have already changed the date setting in system but it is only working when I type the date not when it come through delimited option.

How are you importing the file into Excel exactly?

@Jan Karel Pieterseinternal system generate data file in notepad I copy paste it from notepad file and delimited by ", Comma".
