Excel data sheet

I am creating a data sheet with expense accounts and months.  How can I scroll down the accounts and not have the header bar move which shows the months move.

Have you tried freeze panes (under the view tab)? Select the cell just below and to the right of the rows/columns you want to freeze, then click freeze panes.
