Excel Data Refresh

Frequent Visitor

I have built a Power App for our desk managers to enter sales data when a vehicle is sold. The Power App writes data to a Sharepoint list and I have created a Flow to update an Excel Sheet for our controllers and CEO to view.

Here's my problem. I have a Powershell script that opens the Excel file on our Sharepoint site and refreshes a query to add 'Current Inventory' and then appends it to a 'Inventory History' table via Power Query.  If a user opens the Excel workbook locally (in app) they are prompted with a Privacy Settings Message that isn't saved locally. This in turn breaks/stops my automated script from opening and refreshing the queries each day.

This is my issue...https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/privacy-levels-not-saving-for-file-but-per-us...

The 'Current Inventory' Excel document is uploaded to the Sharepoint site each day via Powershell script for the 'Sales Tracker' file to reference (again it's hosted on the Sharepoint site).

What are my options or workarounds here? Thank in advance.
