I have data: Heart Rate, Blood lactate, Rate of perceived Exertion, Respiratory Exchange Ratio, VO2, Age, Weight, Height, Anaerobic/Aerobic contributions, Gender, Sport and Performance variables.

I want to create descriptive statistics and I believe I need to complete a One-way ANOVA and or t-tests (not 100% sure on the type of test).

I want to focus on: Heart Rate, Blood lactate, Rate of perceived Exertion, Respiratory Exchange Ratio, VO2.

My problem: I don't know how to set my data out?

Kind Regards
