Excel Crashing upon Filtering

May i request assistance on how to troubleshoot the issue in excel.

Just a quick question: did you downloaded the Excel workbook from mail or you've been working with the same workbook overtime seamlessly before the crashing begins when filtering?

It may be that the Excel workbook is corrupted hence the crashing upon filtering

The excel downloaded from the mail, yes, i've been working with the same workbook seamlessly and crashing begins when filtering.
