Excel crashes as soon as I want to open a file

Copper Contributor

Hi,

A while back my excel crashed as soon as I opened a file (didn't matter if the file already existed or if I tried to open a new one). The only way to solve the issue was to completely uninstall the Microsoft 365 package.  After that, the excel worked fine for a few weeks, but now it's crashing again. Does anybody have an idea how to solve this without uninstalling it all the time?

Thanks a lot!

Laura
