Excel count formula

HI,

Can someone help me to arrive the count formula for the below. Need to arrive the count based on the branch where the status is "Yes".  For Eg: Accounts = 4.

Accounts	India	Yes
Finance	UK	Yes
Engineering	USA	Yes
Accounts	China	Yes
Accounts	France	Yes
Engineering	Spain
Accounts	Italy	Yes
Finance	Poland
