Excel Colouring cell nightmare

Copper Contributor

Hi, I am getting to the stage when i will have no hair left to pull out.

I have put a spreadsheet toghter (See Below) to show employees training records, i have used "Conditional Formatting" to show if a course is in date (Normal), going out of date (Orange) and expired (Red) but i also want to change the persons name to red if they have any course expired or orange if any are going out of date. any help would be greatfully received.

In conditional formatting you will need to add 2 new items with custom formulas both applied to the names (I think that would be A13:B50 or maybe also include col C?):
format red: =MIN($F13:$M13)<TODAY()
format orange: =MIN($F13:$M13)<=TODAY()+30
