I've created a document on 2019 Excel version and in the document I have a Condition Formatting function which works properly on the 2019 Version. The issue manifests itself when I send the document to a colleague of mine tries to utilize a color filter for the column which the conditional formatting has been implemented the results of the filter are incorrect. But when I do the same function on my end the results are correct. My colleague has 2016 Excel version. I've searched the internet to see if there is a compatibility difference between the two versions and I cant find anything. Any ideas how to go about fix the issue.
