Now that most of us are working from home, our organization has a CMS tool from where we can download files for audit and clients. They are usually excel files and were opening perfectly fine until last week.
All of a sudden, I am now unable to open these files after downloading as it now says files are corrupted and cannot be opened. But I checked with my other colleagues and they are able to download and access without any trouble.
I searched on the internet for a solution and it says to change the properties to unblock or change the settings in the trust centre. Both doesn't seem to be a permanent solution for me. Additinally, unblock doesn't work until I restart my system to open that file.
Is there any way I can access these normally as how I used to?
Any help with this is much appreciated.
