Excel background is dark grey and I cannot change it

I managed to change the settings of my excel to a dark grey instead of the green bar at the top and light grey.

Can someone kindly help me to get it to the default settings? It is very depressing

Select File > Options.

Under 'Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office', select Colorful from the 'Office theme' drop down.

Click OK.
