I purchased 365 to be able work on documents from either of my computers without the need to carry USB memory sticks. I have been unable to get the autosave feature in Excel to work. I cannot upload the file to the OneDrive - Personal, nor can I access an Excel file stored in OneDrive - Personal. The error message is "Sorry, something is preventing us from uploading your document"
Any help would be appreciated

@AnnWilliams620 , few more questions
- does OneDrive works in browser, in particular are you able to upload file on it in browser?
- does OneDrive client syncs the storage?
- Is that feature activated in Excel
- if all above works, do you have that issue for Excel only or for Word as well?
