Excel 2013 page layout flickering

Hello,

I have an issue with excel 2013 randomly flickering when viewing a spreadsheet. It seems to be flickering through page layouts (see GIF below). 

We are running windows 10 on a dell 5420 with 16gb RAM.

Excel 2013 64 Bit 

Any help will be appreciated!

I have tried:

• re-installing office 2013
• Disabling / enabling  hardware graphics acceleration 
• Changing resolution of the monitor

I would go for the Excel registry key at this point. Back it up first then delete it.
