EVERY spreadsheet where the "=NOW()" formula is used, the time is one hour behind on the spreadsheet.  All the machines(users) are macs.

I don't know about Mac, but if you allow me... if I can recommend. It can help us all if you upload an Excel file (without sensitive data), no picture please.

Explain your problem in relation to this file. So you can get a solution that is tailored to your needs much faster.

At the same time, it is much easier for someone who wants to help to understand the subject.
