Ethiopia Regions for map data

I'd like to know if I'll be able to make a chart of the regions of Ethiopia in the near future, or if I already can and am doing something wrong.

It depends on which tool do you use and region names used recognizable for the engine. For example, with Excel Map Charts it looks like

Thanks @SergeiBaklan  Can I also Create a woreda(District) Level map if yes what should I call my Woredas Column?

I'm not sure. Woredas are 4th level of administrative divisions, i.e.

country->regions->zones-woredas

It works on zones level, e.g.

but I was not able to show woredas on next level, only very few.

Thanks for the reply. yes the the woredas are fourth level of administrative division in Ethiopia. what can we do in order to have Excel draw the woreda level map
