Hi all
I am trying to work out the nutritional values of cakes and bakes that I make. I am using office 365, in excel, the trouble I am having is as follows:
I enter the calories, protein, fat etc; into the correct boxes, but it says there is an error. Can someone please explain how or what I am doing wrong. Thanks in advance

The worksheet with the ingredients is missing.
Probably, if I can play the smart one :)), the worksheet has been renamed from .xml to .xlsx.
Please also add the worksheet with the ingredients.
On the basis of this file, exactly describe your plan and your desired solution.
Thank you for your patience and understanding

@NikolinoDE I did not realise that it had missed some information.
The Food Standards Agency states it is mandatory that nutritional information it required when selling cakes and bakes. In excel 365 there is a template to do this, but once I have entered a carbohydrate, fat value etc; it states there is an error. I need to find out how to correct this error. Hope this explains more clearly.
I have hopefully attached another copy and also a screen shot of what I am trying to achieve.
thanks
Mrs Bake

This template requires so called linked data types powered by Wolfram Alpha. So far it's available for insiders and mainly for consumer subscription. Perhaps general availability is coming but I don't have concrete information.
You may check do you have these data types or not in Data section on ribbon.

I understood what you meant before, but I can't help without
this additional worksheet with the ingredients.
I am not a nutrition specialist who knows all the nutritional values by heart and could link them together. Write a message where the template is that this particular page or values do not contain.
This website in the picture, as far as I could see, lives from the fact that it sells the ingredients in the templates. That is their operating data, which you will surely not find here.
Go to this page and there you can buy the rest of the data.
Unfortunately, I cannot help you with this.
Thank you for your patience and understanding

After doing some more research, I see and understand your point.
Unfortunately, that happens when someone gives out the information that is needed drop by drop.
What a shame, so many others would have helped during this time.
Would you like to have this template complete?
Only with premium membership
Download with Microsoft 365

Do not think that this template is obtained by Premium subscriber.
Maybe this is just a share template, otherwise you don't know why a user
is looking for the template to be complete.
If the user has the premium membership, you can still download it.
It is possible that the user has received this template with the share function
and does not know that a premium membership is required.
It's just a thought, your guess is probably more correct, who am I! :))

I don't know how it was obtained but exactly the same template. You may open the file and compare with screenshots on the site. It doesn't work (more exactly you can't add/edit data, an error will be returned) since it requires linked data types powered by Wolfram
Availability of Wolfram data type has no connection to Premium subscription on templates. These are fully different things.

Hello Mr. Baklan, I am happy to take your answer for granted.
Only to me it seems strange that the premium membership is required and also "Wolfram", although I can't see it anywhere on the site.
Here is the page where it was most likely downloaded:
https://templates.office.com/en-us/recipe-nutrition-calculator-tm67307365
Here a premium membership is clearly required in order to download it completely.
If "Wolfram" is also required when proceeding further, I cannot say from my point of view, because I don't have a premium membership (maybe Microsoft gives one here as a tool for better user support :)). But since your knowledge is many times (to put it mildly) further than some like me here, in the direction of MS Office, I take your post for granted.
Cheers,
Nikolino

If you click here
Already a Microsoft 365 subscriber? Sign in
after that appears to me
That's what I mean as a premium membership (I probably messed everything up with my English, sry), as an Office for Web user I can't download it.
I don't know if and as which member version of Office this can be downloaded for free.
Sure it is only valid for 365 subscriptions, but which one? for all?
I can't download it with my Office versions 2013/2016 and Office for web.
If a user can download it to compare with what they already have, it would be an advantage to understand why "Wolfram" is needed.
What I have put as correct anyway that it came from Mr. Baklan the info.
Thanks for the correction.

I did a little research.
On https://templates.office.com/ it states:
Explore premium templates
Bring your ideas to life with more customizable templates and new creative options when you subscribe to Microsoft 365.
So the difference between free and premium templates is whether you have an Microsoft 365 subscription.
I do have a subscription but Wolfram data types are only available in the app and not on the web.
I don't whether this will change or if it is part of the contract with Wolfram Research.

I think I can now see both sides of the templates with your and Mr. Baklan's help.
My last thought / attempt / sample would be if this is also possible from your side.
That you download this template with your subscription and set it here (do not know if this is possible) so that I try to edit this template with 2007/2010/2013/2016.
Is just a thought.
In the end it is strange if this is possible with a subscription and as I understand it,
"Wolfram" is included in this subscription,
why is it not possible for Mrs. Bake to open this file?
... better said, can't see the ingredients' values.
Cheers,
Nikolino

Wolfram data types have been added to the monthly channel only recently. Maybe @Mrs_Bake has not yet received the update.
May 16 2021 11:19 AM
That's end of Apr
Release notes for Current Channel releases - Office release notes | Microsoft Docs Another story it's not clear on which subscriptions functionality will be available. Plus deployment could take weeks, if not months.

After the help with additional information from Mr. Baklan and Mr. Detlef Lewin, as well as the announcement from Mr. Brian Jones, I would like to hope that all your questions have been answered.
Announcement: New data types and smart templates powered by Wolfram are now generally available
If you have any further questions, you can contact the specialists mentioned above directly or me if you are not afraid to ask a beginner :)).
