Error loading add-ins

Every time I press Insert (in Excel 365), Get Add-ins and in the Office Add-ins dialog try to add "Advanced Formula Environment" add in I get after a long time the message "Error loading add-ins.

Any help?

You can try the following...

Install the latest update

Repair Office programs

Start Office applications in safe mode

Identify possible problems with the add-in

Check if the file was created by a third party

I have tried all that and it didn't help.
