Hello!
I am trying to access documents that are saved on my USB. They are all my documents and I never encrypted them. The documents have a lock over the Excel icon and when I click on it I get the message "Excel can not access this document. This document may be read-only or encrypted." The document will not open for me to view in Read-Only.
When I plug the USB into my old computer the excel sheets don't show up at all. When I plug the UBS into my new computer they show up but they are unaccusable.
