Enable Macro NOT WORKING

I am following instructions to enable Macro but it is not working.  Please help

Please take a look which setting you have set:

Office button - Excel options - Trust center - Settings for the trust center ... - Settings for macros.

Have you checked the setting “Disable all macros with notification”?

In this case, when you open an Excel file, you should receive a corresponding message that enables you to activate the macros.

 

If this does not work, please see if the file is locked. Unlock it and then it should work.
