I would like to set-up a schedule that identifies total needed employees. I share the spreadsheet with my staff to allow them to set-up their own schedules. Is there a formula to lock a cell under the column once the staffing needs have been met? Example, I need 2 employees on Monday but 3 employees sign up. Is there a way to lock the cell after the 2nd employee signs up, not allowing the 3rd person to sign up?
