Please explain emailing instructions for my excel spreadsheet.

@Sandra_Manganskmangan Hi - If you want to do ti manually, which i assume based on the short question, you can

-Open the spreadsheet

-Click On File



-Send as Attachment

Your mail client, eg Outlook, will create a new mail with the file attached and ready for address, subject and body/your message to the receiver.


There are multiple other ways to do it. Eg by hyperlink;

and lots of macro solutions depending on the balance between needs and efforts.
