Email PDF with selected cells only

Currently use an IPad Pro for this but just purchased a Microsoft Surface Go and am having trouble figuring out this one feature.

I use one spread sheet to send material quote to different customers. This means constantly changing the quantities and some text. In order to avoid creating hundreds of excel files for each quote I send, I just highlight the cells i want to send and click on share as PDF. The Surface Go version of Excel doesnt seem to have this function laid out as straight forward. Any help on this would be appreciated!
